HR Business Partner, People

Do you want to join a global leader in renewable energy infrastructure investments? If so, Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) is the perfect place for you! We are currently looking for a HR Business Partner to join our People team in Copenhagen.

 

The team

In CIP we build value that matters. To do so, we need to enable our leaders and employees to be at their best and we are now looking for a colleague to work closely with the leadership teams of the business to do so. You will join a growing People team consisting of +10 colleagues working across various functions and all are working towards ensuring the people agenda become an integral part of our business.

 

Role

We are looking for a colleague, who have profound HR-knowledge and experience in supporting and working with senior leaders and leadership teams.

You will be the sparring partner to the business, implementing the HR strategies and work on a day-to-day basis with the organization on all aspects of HR-related matters. You will be supporting on senior recruitments, implementing our talent strategy and provide guidance on employee matters. 

You will be a part of the People Leadership Team, reporting directly to our CHRO, Nikolaj Svane.

 

Key responsibilities will consist of:

  • Support the different business leadership teams, ensuring that the organizational and people development is aligned and supports the business strategies
  • Implement the talent strategy towards the business
  • Providing guidance on workforce planning, learning and development, succession planning, performance management and HR practices
  • Coaching and mentoring leaders to ensure greater performance and employee engagement
  • Working closely with the business managers and respective teams, to support work relationships and collaboration across teams
  • Collaborating with the Global People Team, providing input for strategy development and implementation
  • Integrating and using available organizational data and human capital metrics.

 

You

You have 8+ years of full-time experience from a similar position. You have preferably gained experience with HRIT implementations (Workday) and brings experience from organizations with a strong talent and performance culture.

Moreover, you have:

  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • A flair for stakeholder management
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and coaching skills
  • Solid experience with PowerPoint
  • Willingness to work in an international, efficient, and highly varied environment.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
