As a HR Legal Associate, you will give employment law and legal counselling to the organisation global wide. You will be responsible for the preparation of employment agreements, addenda, and consulting contracts, while guiding the hiring managers in relation to terms, compensation, and benefits. You will have a variety of cross-functional and cross-hierarchy internal stakeholders and work closely with colleagues that handle HR matters in CIP. Furthermore, you will be involved in ad hoc assignments across the organisation, i.e. with Legal and HR, setting high demands for your great project management and people skills.

We are looking for a candidate that has a MSc in Law, Business Administration & Commercial Law or similar, and has minimum 4 years of work experience from large international company or from an employer organisation.
