Student Analyst - People & Culture Development

The Role and the Team

As a Student Analyst in our team, you will have an important role in running projects and be exposed to a broad variety of tasks, such as participating in onboarding, assisting with data analysis and employer branding, and many others. This means you will get an opportunity to learn how to apply your theoretical knowledge in practice in areas such as people and organizational development, performance, change management and culture.  

The Candidate

We are looking for engaged and enthusiastic 3rd year BSc or 1st year MSc students, studying a relevant subject. You are collaborative, constructive and proactive, and approach new tasks with an open mindset and good work ethic. You are keen on developing your professional skillset within the People area, as you are going to be solving both tangible and complex tasks. 

Furthermore, we look for the following in our new Analysts:

  • Positive attitude 
  • High academic achievements
  • Taking pride in delivering good results - both when working on your own as well as with others
  • Determined, structured and thriving in an international, dynamic environment  
  • Great time management skills 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Advanced English, both written and spoken  
  • Experience with MS Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint  

The position is part-time 15-20 hours per week, and you will be working from the beautiful CIP’s Office in Nordhavn. CIP is known for its proven history of retaining talented people, which makes this position an opportunity for obtaining permanent employment after your studies.
