Talent Acquisition Lead, Investment & Investment Management (12 months maternity cover)

As our new Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be a part of our Talent Acquisition team currently counting 10 employees across multiple locations focusing on various part of the business. You will be physically located in Copenhagen and will be a vital part of our continued growth, attracting highly qualified professionals together with the wider Talent Acquisition team. The Talent Acquisition team is an important factor in taking our company towards our 2030 strategy.
The role
In this role, you will direct our Talent Acquisition efforts (A-Z) for our Investment and Investment Management teams across EMEA. You will be responsible from scoping roles/areas, driving kick-off meetings with hiring managers, creation of job ads to selecting/sourcing, interviewing, and offer stage carefully advising our leaders during the process.

Responsibilities will consist of, but are not limited to:
- Managing key stakeholders as the trusted advisor in relation to Talent Acquisition matters
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process and especially identifying, proactively sourcing, and managing (incl. interviewing) high quality candidates through our candidate lifecycle
- Building talent pipelines and market intelligence (mapping of companies, candidates, networks, geographies, and alike)
- Embed best practices, manage process effectiveness and always be looking to improve and optimize our candidate experience
- Utilizing data and key metrics to track performance and improvement
- Manage Must-Win-Battles (projects) like diversity, candidate experience, process excellence, Data & Analytics, etc.
You
You have min. 4 years of full-time experience from a similar position from Private Equity, Investment / Investment Banking, or a top consulting firm. You know your way around hiring for Investment, Consulting or Finance roles in EMEA and have spent majority of your time on structured candidate sourcing with a solid record of filling positions this way.
You hold a bachelor’s or a master’s degree in a relevant field. More importantly, you thrive in a complex organization where things are continuously demanding, and quality standards are second-to-none.

- Deliver concrete solutions in a highly complex environment

- Fluency in English, both verbal and writing and have great communication skills.
